HISTORY

Jingdaddy Motorsports was created in 2008 by Dale Reeder.  His lifelong passion for racing started at a young age while watching his late father, racing legend Junior Reeder.  Junior was a well-known and well-loved driver at Englewood Speedway.  He raced the #141 lime green ’55 and ’57 Chevy’s all the way to victory throughout the 60’s and 70’s.  This was the motivation behind Jingdaddy Motorsports running lime green and the #41.  It was racing that helped strengthen the bond between Dale and Junior as they spent countless hours in the shop working on the cars that Jingdaddy races today.

As a young college athlete Dale was full of unbridled energy and passion that earned him the nickname “Jingdaddy”, taken from a popular movie at the time.  The term of endearment stayed with him even after graduating college as his close friends and former teammates continued to use it.  When he decided to start a race team it was only fitting that he name it Jingdaddy Motorsports.

Jingdaddy Motorsports started out racing the #26 and #41 Sportsman during the summer of 2009 at Colorado National Speedway.  After much hard work, success, and positive feedback from fans Dale was committed to expanding the race team to what it is currently- racing two Sportsman and two ProTrucks.
